Q: How do I refill my prescription?

If you need refills on a prescription:
- Call the pharmacy: 513-579-0900
- IF you know the RX number, press 1 and type in your number.
- IF you do not know the RX number, leave a message with: 
    - Your FULL NAME and BIRTHDATE
    - Rx# if possible
    - Medication NAME and STRENGTH
    - Your current PHONE NUMBER in case we need to call you back

Q: How much will my prescription cost?

We will work to get you the lowest price on most medications. Please call for any concerns on prescription cost. 

Q: How long will it take to fill my prescription?

We are normally able to fill scripts in 15 minutes or less, for a more precise waiting time ask pharmacy staff. 

Q: Do you accept insurance?

We accept insurance cards from most major insurance companies.  Please note: we do NOT accept discount cards.

Q: Do you accept GoodRx or Discount Cards?

We do not accept discount cards, including GoodRX, we will work with patients to ensure they receive the best possible price on a prescription. 

Q: Do I get a discount on medications if I am a patient of Crossroad Health Center?

Yes, we offer discounted prices for patients that have their prescriptions sent down from the Crossroad Health Center.

Q: Can I come to Pharmacy Over-the-Rhine even if I'm not a patient at Crossroad Health Center?

Yes, we can fill any prescription from any prescriber. 

Q: Where should I park?

Free off street parking is available behind the Crossroad Health Center. The entrance is off of Liberty Ave. 

Q: What if you don't have the medication I need?

We have next day service for non-narcotic special orders.
